A classic Arne Vodder for H.Sigh and son desk with drop-leaf and sliding rails-allowing the drawers to be on either side. Vintage circa 1960s with nice rich patina. The leaf hangs from two brass hooks and is removable. To use the leaf, it is raised, and the entire surface shifts laterally on a track. The drawer cabinet is also on a track, allowing the user to switch sides, as depicted in photos. The length of the desk with the leaf in extends from 48 to 65.5".

Wear consistent with age and use. very good vintage condition, wear appropriate to age, nice patina, several minor scratches on top-see pic, the sliding mechanism works well, top cleaned/lightly polished.
