Vintage 1960s Mid Century Modern XL Paul Klee inspired geometric, wall hanging tapestry. Made in Hungary The tapestry is made from vertically knitted cotton, viscose and maquette fibers on a prewoven cotton backing. The combination gives the piece a short- furred, soft, velvet-like texture and sheen The colorful, geometric design is very similar in design to Paul Klee's other geometric artworks, especially his "Castle and Sun" created in 1928. See photo Measurements 71.5" L x 29.5" H For a very simple and cost efficient DIY display, the panel can be stapled to a 1/4" to 1/2" plywood board. For a more finished look, 4 pieces of wood of any desired width or design can be mitered and nailed to the the mounting board Very dramatic display
