A true collector's piece. This is a rare model 585 petite table lamp or task lamp designed by Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce. A wonderful example of Italian lighting in immaculate condition. Metal base with painted metal shade. Shade can be turned in a full 360 degrees. Please note this is a small scale light and as such the amount of light is more of mood lighting. Other notable designers and brands from the period include; Angelo Lelii, Arredoluce, Stilnovo, etc

Wear consistent with age and use. Appears all original. Very good condition, of the small sample size of examples I have seen this is arguably the cleanest example. A few small nicks in paint around edge of shade.
