Massive Mid Century Modern Gothic 12" Artisan Made Brutalist Asian Insp Solid Brass 6 lbs+ Door Knocker Made in the United Kingdom circa 1950 This rare and monumental architectural piece of hardware sports an elegant, Asian influenced, modernist scalloped design with geometric elements. Possibly One of a Kind. Pictures can not capture the size and prominence of this piece This distressed, brutalist, hand made piece, includes pitting, and irregularities, by design. There is a patina from age, which adds to the overall look. Likely, it can be polished up to a higher sheen. I am selling it as is, as l feel the patina adds character and adds integrity of its age. Spectacular front door architectural element.

Wear consistent with age and use. Minor structural damages. Brutalist hand made piece, that has distressed irregularities, by design. There is a patina from age, which adds to the design, however, most likely it can be polished to a higher sheen. I'm leaving it as is, with its aging patina integrity.
