An unusual hand with a rose, stylized sculpture by a French sculptor Yves Lohe ca' 1970's. Made of bronze, nicely finished. A note about the artist: "Yves Lohé is a French sculptor born in 1947 in northern France. He began his artistic career following a formative apprenticeship in 1972 with Abel Bataillard, master metalworker in Pigalle, and fully dedicated himself to sculpture from 1974 onward, working through the arts of fire. He has exhibited in prestigious Parisian salons, notably the Salon des Indépendants, and became known for his bronze and glass works, whether figurative or abstract, often inspired by nature, music, and movement. Yves Lohé’s sculptures are highly regarded within 20th-century art collections and regularly appear in international auction sales, reflecting the continued interest in and recognition of his work."
