This vintage, 1984, original, lithograph poster, "Reclining Woman", by iconic Mid Century Modern artist/sculptor, Henry Moore, was created for his 1977-1982 exhibition "Oeuvre Grave" at the Galerie Maeght, Lelong, Paris Moore, a prominent 20th-century British sculptor was known for his monumental and abstract forms. The reclining female nude was a recurring theme in Moore's work, often drawing parallels between the human form and the landscape. The artwork displays organic shapes and a sense of massiveness, influenced by Mexican chacmool sculptures.
