The Top tier is an elegant hand carved Rosewood Wave shaped form with a corresponding hole for the blooms of an arrangement The tiers are separated by a black wooden ball, which is far off center at the end of the tiers , thus completing this sensational post modern design Hand signed and dated 1999 on the bottom The signature may say Seitz It's somewhat illegible.
